Adding Value to Strategic Advice


A graduate of London University and IMD Business School (Lausanne) John Bridle has over 30 years experience in worldwide commercial operations.

His background includes senior management and chief executive roles in global consumer goods businesses in toiletries and cosmetics, beverage alcohol and a range of service industries. He has wide international and commercial sector experience in business plan evaluation, company restructuring and the creation of integrated management teams. In addition to working in Europe, he has managed business development initiatives in Japan and China and has worked in both the U.S.A. and South Africa.

He was Chief Executive of GuernseyFinance at its inception and during his tenure was responsible for the establishment of its strategic direction, the development of its positioning and policy, and the management of its business planning.

He is currently a non-executive director of a number of GFSC authorised venture capital and private equity funds, and has a special focus on technology funds. He is the Channel Islands representative of the Association of Investment Companies. He also advises the registered charity New Philanthropy Capital and has undertaken a number of commercial evaluation analyses for international financial service companies and for the public sector.
